001. Don’t take your feelings too seriously; they’re just feelings. Only when feelings and thought work together should you decide to act.
002. Don’t take your opinions too seriously; how many times have you been absolutely sure they were correct only to change them later as you matured?
003. Although all people are born inherently good, and deserve your love and forgiveness, this doesn’t mean they should be trusted blindly or allowed to re-enter your life.
004. Everything you experience, you chose. This is the hardest to believe, but I have learned it to be true. What you are now experiencing was chosen either unconsciously, the result of indirect choices you made in the past, or as some zealous believers say, chosen in a previous life. That last one I’m not sure about; but it sometimes makes sense.
